I think that your food list sounds very sensible and incredibly balanced - almonds, who would think to take those! I'm curious, not many people have mentioned tomatoes, are these favourites of yours? Mmmm, roti would be a great choice as well. I know who I'd like to go on a 3 week sea voyage with - spoiler alert, it's you!
