It's super sweet of you to pick your Dad as your role model I know where your Dad works because my Mum works their to and I have been their before and I know how hard they work it looks easy but when you do the work it's super tiring. I like how you said he doesn't smoke and that means hes making the world a better place. I love the picture on the side which say DAD on the sand it makes the post pop out.
Next time you could maybe add some more information about your Dad like what else habits does he do at home that makes him your role model does he make you food when your Mum is not home? or does he help you in Summer Learning Journey?
This reminded me of my Dad because he works at the place your Dad works and somewhere else and sometimes he has to take a day of from his original work to go to your Dads work because there is something super important.
