    These are 5 great steps to stay healthy. I think you could probably have some chocolate sometimes as a treat but not as a regular thing aye? I'm almost embarrassed to say that I don't do some of these enough and it is hard to do as an adult unless you stick to it as a habit, so starting as soon as you can is a great way to make it routine. Ka pai Koshik!
